By utilizing the latest inks and drying system technologies into our flexographic print production, Holly Label has more precise control over ink and color management. A significant advantage of flexographic printing is its efficient use of ink. Using only a thin layer of ink during production results in minimal waste compared to traditional printing methods.Eco-Friendly Inks
Holly Label Company commonly uses eco-friendly inks such as water-based inks and UV-curable inks. Water-based Inks are less harmful to the environment compared to solvent-based inks. UV-curable inks are manufactured to dry quickly under UV light, eliminating the need for heat-based drying equipment that is energy-intensive. Both water-based and UV-curable inks emit less volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and utilize a rapid drying process.
